Villa EmMa is a newly built villa for 10 people in a small and quiet place near Vodnjan where you can relax in a green garden with a private pool. The 240 m2 house contains 5 bedrooms (2 rooms on the first floor, 3 rooms on the ground floor) with private bathrooms and spacious balconies (2). You can spend a relaxing vacation in the air-conditioned living room watching your favorite programs on TV. Next to the comfortable kitchen and dining room, there is a closed summer kitchen with a fireplace where you can prepare your favorite dish, be it meat or fish. Two bedrooms have their own bathroom and terrace.
