The space
We’re excited to welcome you to our gorgeous cosy home in Margate, just moments from the beach and local attractions.
Newly refurbished with the comfort of our guests in mind, our stylish home is a place of luxury and tranquillity to unwind and recharge with the wonders of the seaside experience close at hand.
Situated on a peaceful road, the property is less than five minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, Dreamland, and the historic Old Town with a selection of boutique and vintage shops and attractions including the popular Turner Contemporary gallery.
The property contains a total of 1 king and 1 double bedroom, 2 single bedrooms with sofa beds, an open space living room with dining area, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a landscaped private garden.
House Layout:
Enter through the street door and into the hallway, leading on to our stylish cosy lounge with ample seating space, rug, cabinet, and smart TV. Connected is the open space dining area, containing a dining table with chairs and bench seating, and a large mirror. Through a serving window you can see the kitchen, which has all the essentials you need such as a kettle, toaster, blender, dishwasher, and electric oven and stove.
Past the kitchen, you will discover the downstairs bathroom, featuring a large overhead shower, toilet, sink and mirror. The hallway also has storage cupboards where you can find your cleaning essentials as well as a washer and drying machine.
Through sliding doors in the lounge, you can step out into our private garden with a grass area bordered with stones and a small table and chairs, as well as an outdoor sofa seating area and firepit, providing the perfect place to relax and catch the morning sun, or snuggle up in the evenings by the fire.
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom, containing a lavish king sized bed, bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, and a vanity area with mirror and chair. Beside this is a small bedroom containing a comfy sofa bed, and storage chest. Across the hallway you will find another smaller bedroom with a sofa bed and TV with playstation, as well as a couple of beanbags for lounging. Next door is another bedroom containing a comfy double bed, bedside table with lamps, wardrobe, and a vanity area with seating.
Adjacent is the upstairs bathroom, featuring a bathtub with shower, toilet, laundry basket and towel rack.
You will have access to the entire property. I won’t be around but Pass The Keys will be managing the property on my behalf and will be available to contact 24/7 for any assistance you may need.
We provide complimentary tea, coffee, and essential toiletries for the initial days of your stay. Should you require more, it is only a 3 minute walk to the nearest supermarket.
The property does not have an allocated parking space however street parking is free, and at busier times there are also paid parking options nearby.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property and private garden.
Other things to note
●Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £65 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
●Parties and smoking will not be tolerated- an extra fee of £250 will apply should any house rules be broken.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
