Accommodation Rules:

Noise is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
It is not allowed to disturb or disrespect the neighbors.
Parties or events are prohibited.
Pets are allowed but cannot roam freely in the condominium or walk without a leash
At least one guest must be 30 years of age or older to check in.
The number of occupants allowed in the accommodation must not be exceeded, even if they are visitors.
A security deposit is required on the day of check-in, which will be returned within 7 days after check-out.
Compliance with these and other accommodation rules, as stated in the Local Accommodation Book, is mandatory.
Days before your arrival, you will be contacted via mobile phone to arrange the time and place of check-in and to find out if you have any special requests to be arranged before your arrival.
