Beds unsanitary and false number of beds

We were suppose to have beds for 5 people we got beds for 3 and they tried to accommodate us with 2 sofa beds in the living room which was not as understood. We noticed many large stains on the mattresses. We were shocked, we didn’t stay and ask for a refund but host stopped answering our emails.
