This cozy apartment offers complete privacy with a spacious ensuite bedroom with full bathroom, two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom, a comfortable living room and a spacious and well-lit kitchen. Enjoy the proximity to local grocery stores or explore the many restaurants just around the corner. We highly recommend exploring the area and indulging in the delicious Portuguese cuisine in their romantic or casual settings.
CHECK-IN:
My co-host and I, always strive to personally greet and check in our guests whenever possible, but this depends on the time of arrival. If we are unable to check you in personally, a self-check-in option is available using a lockbox any time after the designated check-in time on your arrival date. Rest assured that once you settle in, you will find the apartment cozy and comfortable.
LOST KEYS FEE:
Please note that a lost key and/or the cost of changing locks will incur a fee of €200.
TOURIST TAX:
As required by law, a city tax of €2 per person, per night will be charged to guests aged 13 and older, with a maximum of 3 nights included in your reservation fee. This tax will be reflected in the fee breakdown. Any children under 13 years old, will be reimburse upon check out. Sorry, the system doesn't allow us to set the age limit for this tax requirement. Thank you for your understanding.
ACCOMMODATION BULLETIN:
To comply with local regulations, the apartment is registered with Turismo de Portugal and is supervised by local authorities. We are required to report ALL guests to the national authorities. Therefore, please provide a copy of ALL guests staying in the apartment via the online checkin at least 3-5 days before your check-in date. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated it.
For stays above 28 days, the law does not oblige to any intermediate cleaning, but a monthly clean using our service providers will be mandatory and it will have the same cost as per the announced final cleaning.
Stays equal or longer than 28 days, expenses for water, electricity and gas are not included and will be charge to the guests.
