It is an independent luxury house of 80 square meters in a unique spot in Porto Heli and with easy access to the sea in about 50 meters. The house has its own entrance and a very large terrace overlooking Porto Heli. The interior layout of the spaces is very functional and it has a spacious and sunny living room together with the dinning room and a fully equipped kitchen. ln this unified space you will find a comfortable corner sofa, a TV, a fireplace and a door that leads to an idyllic terrace, with a wooden table and chairs, where you can enjoy the view, and just a few steps further, the private swimming pool.
