Hunters Lodge - Marsland Manor

Hunters Lodge offers elegant accommodation spread across three floors. The ground floor features a kitchen/breakfast room with triple-aspect windows, allowing plenty of natural light, and a spacious sitting room. Adjacent to the sitting room is the large principal bedroom with an en suite. The first floor houses two additional bedrooms, one of which is en suite, along with a family bathroom. On the lower ground floor, there are two more bedrooms and a shower room. The cottage boasts a private garden with a manicured lawn, bordered by mature trees and shrubs for added privacy, and includes a small terrace area perfect for al fresco dining.

Situated in a prime rural location, just off the dramatic headland overlooking the North Cornwall coast, this property lies within the Hartland Devon Heritage Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The area is ideal for walking, cycling, and riding, with the South West Coast Path nearby. The parish of Morwenstow features stunning unspoiled beaches like Marsland Mouth, Duckpool, and Stanbury Mouth, and offers amenities such as a 13th-century pub, riding stables, and an active rural community.

The nearby coastal town of Bude offers additional beautiful scenery and outdoor activities, as well as a variety of facilities including supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. In the nearby village of Kilhampton, you’ll find shops, restaurants, pubs, churches, and schools. Launceston, 25 miles away, provides a more comprehensive range of amenities including supermarkets, independent shops, pubs, restaurants, a leisure centre, and a golf course. Lovely house in a very quiet location
Perfect, really nice place with lots of space, nice and fresh inside comfy beds and everything you need away from home, even a bbq on the patio, Nice walk down to the beach via the coastal path. It is just a short drive off the main road so easy to get to other places near by, the shops and towns. Couldn't believe how quiet it was and great views out to sea, especially at sunset.
