Trulli & Dimore - Masseria Ramasian

Masseria Ramasian is a B&B in perfect Pugliese style, the right place to spend a vacation savoring the warm welcome typical of this land. Masseria Ramasian is in fact a small house dating back to the 1900s, now fully restored and has 6 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and private or shared outdoor spaces. The old stable now houses the breakfast room, where every morning a buffet set up for sweet or savory breakfasts will allow you to enjoy local products and seasonal fruits. An outdoor patio provides shade for the small tables serving the breakfast room. From here you can glimpse the swimming pool, for shared use by all guests, equipped with comfortable sun loungers, an area with seating and cushions and two outdoor showers to serve and surrounded by fruit and olive trees.

Room 1 accommodates 2 guests, is located near the swimming pool, with entrance into a double bedroom, equipped with TV, safe, wardrobe and mini-fridge, large bathroom with shower with particular stone masonry.
Room 2 can accommodate up to 4 guests, is located on the front of the house on the ground floor and has an entrance into the living room with two sofas which can be used as single beds if necessary, TV, mini fridge and safe and then a double bedroom with a particular fireplace made entirely of stone and a bathroom with shower, an additional pouf that can become a single bed.
Room 3 can accommodate up to 4 guests, is located on the front of the house on the ground floor and has an entrance into the lounge area with a large stone fireplace, two sofas with cushions that can be used as single beds, a mini-fridge, TV and bathroom with spacious shower, below there is a bedroom with double bed, with an additional pouf that can become a single bed.
Room 4 can accommodate 2 guests, is accessible via a private veranda on the ground floor, upon entering there is a double bed with wardrobe, TV and mini fridge, a large shower and bathroom with toilet, a French window leads to a small internal atrium with deckchairs for the sun.
Room 5 hosts 4 guests, is located on the front of the house, accessed via the typical stone staircase located on the main façade, the entrance gives access to a small living room with ribbed vaults and floors in typical Apulian cement tiles, from here you can access the two double bedrooms, served by a bathroom with shower and terrace with deckchairs for the sun. These rooms are equipped with safe, TV, mini fridge and air conditioning.
Room 6 can accommodate up to 4 guests, it is accessible via a small external terrace, upon entering there is a sitting area with two chaise-longues with cushions, which can be used as single beds if necessary, this room is served by a mini-fridge , TV, safe and air conditioning, followed by a bathroom with shower and a large double bedroom with access to a private terrace.

Intermediate cleaning on request at a cost of €250.00.
When booking the entire property, breakfast service is available at an additional price.
For hygienic reasons it is not possible to eat meals inside the rooms, offenders may be fined up to €150.00. The hotel has several dedicated areas, you can choose the one you like best for outdoor dining.

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of eur 25 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
