26 Manleigh Park, a single-storey caravan, consists of a kitchen with electric oven with gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice-box, and kettle, a dining room, and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and twin. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed decking with furniture, plus communal picnic benches, and off-road parking for one car. Sorry, no smoking. One well behaved dog welcome. Wifi is available in the office and bar areas only. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.2 miles, beach 1.2 miles. Fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. 23 Manleigh Park is a wonderful escape to Devon, whatever time of year. Note: There are four steps up to the lodge; please take care. Combe Martin has a very popular beach; the sheltered cove is perfect for rock-pooling and it is a popular paddle boarding bay. The village also boasts its own Wildlife and Dinosaur Park! Combe Martin is home to the historic Earl of Rone festival held in May each year and has an annual carnival in August. This is an ideal base for touring, and discovering the delights of North Devon, with Lynton and Lynmouth, Woolacombe, Croyde Bay, Saunton Sands, Ilfracombe and Barnstaple all within easy reach. There are also numerous National Trust properties and gardens waiting to be enjoyed. Surfing at Woolacombe is among the best in the South West, while the South West coastal path passes within a mile. Combe Martin is a great base for enjoying a seaside getaway, with something to keep everybody entertained.
