Spacious 4-bedroom Romsey family home where the whole family can stay, with parking for up to 3 cars on the driveway! A beautiful patio garden with outdoor dining area and Gas BBQ. Offering a stylish lounge and a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances. 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 of which have ensuite bathrooms, 3 fully fitted guest bathrooms/WCs, and a separate WC. This home is fantastically located in easy access to many of Hampshire’s most iconic sites and activities!

This spacious five-bedroom house is comfortably spread across three floors, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and stylish comfort.

Living Areas:
The lounge and kitchen each feature a large TV equipped with an Amazon Firestick, providing access to all standard terrestrial channels, including BBC iPlayer. Guests can also log in to their own Netflix, Disney+, or Prime accounts.
Discover hidden storage solutions in the kitchen, like the secret drawers containing cutlery and utensils, cleverly located at the top of the top drawer on the island bench and the top drawer to the right of the stove.

Kitchen and Dining:
Modern, fully fitted kitchen with sleek style furnishings and a large integrated fridge (please note, there is no freezer).
High chair conveniently stored on the right-hand side of the TV in the kitchen.
A patio garden with a dining area and a gas BBQ is perfect for outdoor meals (a lighter is provided in the drawers under the kitchen island).
Extra folding dining chairs and a broom are stored under the stairs for your convenience.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1 (top floor): King bed, en-suite bathroom with a mirror.
Bedroom 2 (middle floor): Double bed, en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3 (middle floor): King bed.
Bedroom 4 (middle floor): Two single beds in a trundle configuration.
Travel cot available in the en-suite bedroom wardrobe on the first floor.
Mirrors are available in the first-floor bathroom and the top-floor en-suite.

Whether you're looking for a relaxing stay or a convenient base for exploring, this property provides a welcoming atmosphere with all the comforts of home.

Bins are collected on Fridays (Saturday following public holidays). Alternate weeks for general waste (grey bin) and recycling (brown bin). Recyclable waste does not accept glass items. Kindly dispose of all glass waste at a bottle bank.

Look out for the secret drawers containing cutlery and utensils! These are located at the top of the top drawer on the island bench and the top drawer to the right of the stove.

Please kindly note, there is no freezer provided.

Guests are kindly asked to remove shoes on entering the property.

Guests are kindly asked to clean the BBQ after use.

We offer flexible check-in and check-out times, however where we have guests coming or leaving the same day we may apply usual check-in times after 16:00 and check-out times before 10:00.

There is a keylock box available so collecting the key and access anytime should be possible. You will need to return the key to the keylock box when you checkout. We require you to provide your arrival and departure timing to agree checkin and checkout times so we can coordinate with other guests. If you stay beyond your agreed check-out time you will be liable to pay for an extra night at your average nightly price.

The cleaning fee covers cleaning and preparation of the property for your stay as well as a set of fresh linen and towelling provided for each guest. This includes one set per your stay, should you require additional towelling or linen please request this or if you have opened a fresh pack even if you use only a few items there will be a charge of £30 per pack - each pack contains fresh linen, large and small towels.

Any sort of parties, gatherings or events are strictly not permitted, the property is for accommodation purposes only for the guests staying. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise or any activity that would disturb the neighbours. If it's been reported that there are any parties or events or noise disturbance then you may be required to leave the property immediately without the remaining nights being refunded. There is a charge of £500 if any evidence of a party, gathering or event at the property have been found exclusive of any charges relating to damages or additional cleaning costs to get the property in good order again. We trust you will respect the property and neighbours during your stay.

You are required to keep the place reasonably clean and tidy - no dirty dishes left over or excessive rubbish to be disposed of as this is not included in the cleaning charge. If the place is very messy or untidy or there is excessive rubbish to be disposed of then we will need to request an extra cleaning fee.

There is a strictly no smoking policy inside or in any outside spaces (which includes garden spaces, balconies, terraces or patios) belonging to the accommodation, if this policy is not adhered to a charge of GBP 150.00 will be applied

No pets are allowed unless shown on the listing as permitted or expressly agreed with the owner.

Lost keys, damaged keys or getting locked out will incur a charge starting from £100 for replacement depending on the type of key and time required or getting you back in the property if you have locked yourself out.

We do not accept Cash payment for any of the charges mentioned above.

Once your booking is confirmed we will send you a message with details for checkin and your travel timing.
