This pleasant, sunny and spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in De Panne is located a stone's throw from the sea and right next to the dunes. If you like lots of space, open views and peace, this apartment is ideal for you and your family. The popular Esplanade Leopold I with its many tea rooms and restaurants, De Panne's beautiful sea wall, surf club and sand yacht club are all within a 5-minute walk of this well-equipped apartment. Layout On the 2nd floor(*): Entrance hall, toilet, open living/dining room and kitchen with beautiful views of the sea and the dunes from every window with balcony. Digital TV and WiFi are of course available. There is a family bathroom with double sinks and bath. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. General: There is a TV in the living room and kitchen with Telenet subscription. Each bedroom also has a TV. Each bedroom has ample storage space. Under the building: There is also a large garage for 1 car. A bicycle shed is available (shared with the building). Beach games available No parking problems when shopping or returning from an excursion. Public transport (coastal tram) is also just a few minutes' walk away.
