A large island provides a sociable space for entertaining and dining, with handcrafted wooden high stools. L shape leather sofa provides a great space to relax after a long day sightseeing in York. There is even a desk and chair for those wanting a work from home or office area and finally a wall mounted smart TV.
The sleek, grey kitchen offers a range of kitchen units, with glassware, crockery and cutlery, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer dryer (under the island) dishwasher and electric oven and hob.
Hidden at the back of the house is a modern, wood wall panelled, and paved outdoor courtyard with bistro table to seat two.
On the ground floor is a double bedroom with wall mounted tv, wardrobe and sumptuous double bed.

The property is wheelchair accessible for 2 people as the ground floor offers a wc and bedroom however there is no bathroom on the ground floor with washing facilities.

To the first floor is a second double bedroom with quirky angular walls and beaded picture framing panelling to create depth to the walls, again with double bed, wardrobe and wall mounted tv, there is a separate shower room with double shower unit, modern marble effect tiling, sink and toilet. Radiator and recessed product shelving. Another skylight provides a light and airy space.
