The house comfortably accommodates six people: two in the master bedroom, two in the twin bedroom, and two on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is eat-in, and the renovated bathroom features a walk-in shower. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: washing machine and dishwasher, oven and stove, autonomous heating, and a beautiful pellet stove in the living room, along with high-speed internet. The house is provided with sheets and towels, shampoo, shower gel, soap, and a welcome kit with coffee, sugar, salt, oil, and toilet paper. . City Tax: You do not have to pay tourist city tax. Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
