Beach House A, a house from Curator - Property Management collection, is located 800 meters from Bordeira Beach. With capacity for 5 people, a private pool and private parking, this Beach House is also equipped with 5G Internet fiber, underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, sound system, safe, fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable bedding. The region where the house is located is a natural park area (Costa Vicentina and Southwest Alentejo Natural Park), and offers several hiking and cycling trails and a large number of surfing beaches. It is also an important spot for birdwatching.
IMPORTANT: During 2025, with the exception of July and August, there will be building work next to our holiday homes. We don't control these works and noise may occur during the day. For this reason we are offering a 15 per cent discount on stays.

Our name is Filipa&António.
We lived in Lisbon until 2010 when we decided to swap the stressful life of advertising for the restoration of houses in the Costa Vicentina Natural Park - Algarve. We dedicated ourselves to doing a kind of "House Rescue". One of the projects involved restoring an abandoned village, a unique and unrepeatable project.
Most of these houses were turned into tourist projects, but the original design was always maintained.
In 2014, together with a fabulous team of partners, we set up Curator - Property Management, a holiday home management company whose distinctive feature is a curatorship that seeks out only special homes, due to their DNA, architecture, location, or service details.

What makes this property unique
Beach House A is one of four houses in a small condominium in Carrapateira. With a Mediterranean architectural design, completely integrated into the landscape, these houses were designed with a simple concept: to imagine a house around a beach bar. Thus, the kitchen takes over the distribution of all the interior and exterior spaces. A kitchen window that opens onto the outside in a beach bar style allows for a unique use with a holiday flavor.
