Featuring an elevator and covered parking space, the building provides convenience and comfort. Ideal for those seeking a tranquil holiday, the location offers close contact with nature and easy access to the Lido dei Pini promenade, lined with shops and restaurants. It comes with a bedroom with two bunk beds, a living room with a double sofa bed, kitchen, A/C and a bathroom with a shower (no cabin).
