Going in, there is a bright sunny lounge-dining room and a balcony which goes round both sides of the apartment with views of the garden and the pool. The lounge has a sofa-bed, TV, coffee table, cupboard, dining table and chairs and direct access to the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances you will need for your stay: fridge-freezer, oven, vitroceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, filter coffee maker and tableware.

There are 3 bedrooms: one large bedroom with a double bed, another one with two single beds (pull-out bed), and a third one with bunk beds. All the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and bedside tables, and bed linen is provided. 1 full bathroom with bath, sink and toilet.

The balcony-terrace is equipped with table and chairs, the ideal place to enjoy the good weather and views.

There is an air-conditioning unit in the lounge-dining room and another one in the big bedroom. Iron and washing machine. Parking in the street. Supermarket very close.

Location

The apartment is located about 750 m from La Farella beach and 500 m from the Port beach and close to the shops and restaurants.

Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area. It also offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, making the town an ideal destination for enjoying a break in the Costa Brava with family or friends or as a couple.
