Our beautiful property has been reimagined from the old waterworks into a stunning eco friendly home from home.
Nestled in a valley between the Campsie Fells and the Fintry Hills, 'The Old Waterworks' provides beautiful scenery and peaceful surroundings.
Our 5 bedroom home offers modern comforts and rustic charm. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, cosy living spaces, and five comfortable bedrooms perfect for families or groups.
The private garden is an ideal spot for relaxing or letting the kids explore whilst you can safely watch from the comfort of the dining table overlooking the large patio doors. Perfect for a peaceful getaway, yet close enough to enjoy the attractions of Glasgow and Stirling.

➞ Our home offers a comfortable living area, which is perfect for kicking back and relaxing on the sofas whilst watching your favourite movie on our TV or socialising in the large open plan lounge/kitchen & dining area chatting with friends & family.
✪ Well Equipped Kitchen:
➞ Our fully equipped kitchen offers a double hob and oven, dishwasher and large fridge freezer, perfect for cooking family meals to be enjoyed at the dining table which comfortably seats 8 guests.
✪ Stay Connected:
➞ Due to the rural location and size of our property, we have 2 WiFi devices. One is specifically for streaming your favourite movies & TV shows on our Smart TV and the other is for your personal devices such as phone, tablet and laptop.
✪ Business or Pleasure:
➞ We have everything you need for a trip away with family and friends or a business trip.
✪ Long Stays:
➞ We welcome longer stays with laundry facilities such as washing machine, iron & ironing board on site.

Explore the nearby walking and cycling trails, including the popular Fintry Hills and Campsie Fells.
The nearby Fintry Sports Club is a hub of activity with a gym, indoor bowling, squash, shop, bar, and a well renowned restaurant.
'The Fintry Inn 'provides a comfortable stop for refreshments, and serves homely meals, micro brewed ales, and artisan beverages.
The Courtyard Café at Knockraich Farm is a popular spot for coffee, light lunches, with gifts and homeware available from the shop.
The perfect location for those who enjoy active pursuits, with extensive opportunities close by, such as Carron Valley Mountain Bike centre (4 miles), popular Crow Road and Tak-ma-doon Road bike circuits on the doorstep with the roads all recently being resurfaced for the UCI world championships. Fishing, boating and wild swimming/paddle boarding on the next door Reservoir. Walks to local beauty spots, the Loup of Fintry waterfalls and Carron Valley Forest are all just a stones throw away. For the more adventurous, Meikle Bin can be tackled from the house and it's only 20 miles to Loch Lomond and 25 miles to the Trossachs national parks.
