The apartment has: living room, separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms (total capacity, 4 people), 1 bathroom (with bathtub) and terrace with stunning sea views. The terrace is very long and has two areas with different orientations, to enjoy at different times of the day.

The main bedroom has a 1.60 meter wide bed (queen size) and the second bedroom has a 1.35 meter wide bed (double bed).

Air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Parking space included in the price (1 car), in an underground garage located in the same building. There are plenty of free parking spaces outside the building on the street.

The apartment is next to the bridge that crosses the Manilva River and gives access to the Casares promenade and beach. Just across the street there is a tennis and paddle tennis club, with a grass tennis court. There are also beach bars in this area.
