The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner boasts a cosy lounge area with comfortable chairs, a sofa bed, and a Smart TV with Netflix. The modern kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. A large dining table provides the perfect space for family and friends to gather, with double doors opening to the outside and filling the room with natural light.
The first floor includes a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower-over-bath and WC, and a study area for reading or catching up on work. A final flight of stairs leads to the second-floor double bedroom, which offers views over York from the Velux windows and features low, sloping ceilings.
Outside, the cottage has a private patio area with seating and charcoal BBQ, ideal for summer relaxation and outdoor dining. A parking permit is provided for on-street parking for one car.
