October long weekend trip
Great deal for having 3 full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms & 4/5 beds! The balcony has upgraded furniture, but only 4 chairs now. They're very comfortable chairs! Dining table only had 4 chairs, but there's 6 in the listing photos. But there are couches and bar chairs nearby. Both front rooms have bright walk-way lights that stay on all night and could disturb your sleep, but we draped blankets over the very sturdy curtain rods and that fixed that. It would be very helpful if dim night lights were near the toilets. It was great to have the clothes washer & dryer. Especially the dryer since there aren't enough towel rods for all your bath & beach towels. You'll need to buy coffee filters for the maker.
Enclave property details- Very close to sandy beach! Having a ramp instead of steps was very nice for our elderly. Also having restrooms on the ground floor was a convenience, they're inside the room with the indoor pool. Listing photo shows a tennis court, but that's now 2 pickleball courts, and looks like it could hold 2 more. The outdoor grills have been upgraded from what the listing photo shows, but the grills are in a weird spot in the front, next to parking. No table/chairs nearby, just a bench. You'll have to grill, then take all food up to room or around to the back where there's a couple tables at the outdoor pool.
