Well located versatile country property on the Devon / Cornwall border. Character grade II listed house, triple garage, pond, 1.4 acres of land. Can be booked with the Coach House, an additional large apartment sleeping 3. Excellent hikes, good fishing, walking distance along country track to gastro-pub. Spacious well equipped kitchen, bunk bed and superkings, and kids toys. Cat not included (but there is a farm nearby)!
