Villa is cooled with four powerful air-condition units: one in each bedroom and one in the living room.

Pool is equipped with massage nozzles, so you can pamper yourself with water massage.

Living room has a large smart LED TV with satellite channels and cozy sofa.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Gamers room is 50 m2 large.

It has 65” LED TV, PS5 and music system for making your own party.

It's also sound isolated so you can fully enjoy it without having anyone complain.

Master bedroom has its own balcony, ensuite bathroom and TV.

Second bedroom have ensuite bathroom too.

**** The Neighbourhood:

Kastel Stari where villa is located is the oldest of seven small towns that belong to the city of Kastela. It is situated on the attractive coast between Trogir and Split. The beaches of Kastela Riviera are made of six km long bays and bathing places, covered by deep shade of pines and tamaris.

We recommend Kastel Stari for a family vacation, and the vicinity of Split, the tourist metropolis of Central Dalmatia, and Trogir, medieval pearl guarantee all kinds of fun and numerous historical and interesting places where you can go during the day or in the evening.

This is a smoke-free villa.

Smoking inside is not allowed, but outside you can smoke.

Pets are not allowed, sorry.

We expect normal house behaviour - watch not to break anything and leave the house tidy.

Check in time is 2 pm (14:00), check out 10:00 am, flexible if possible.

Public transport is 200m from the villa, and supermarket is just 50m from the villa.
