Welcome pack and doggy extras including 2 dog crates. Enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture, BBQ, firepit and summerhouse. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars; additional on road parking. No smoking. Please note: There are approximately 25 steps to the garden.. With magnificent uninterrupted breathtaking sea views over Lochranza Castle and The Kilbrannan Sound between Arran and Kintyre, Croftbank provides a fantastic base from which to explore the Island of Arran. The cottage has 2 lovely wood burners to enjoy cosy nights after a day out exploring, and a lovely seating area where you can sit and relax and enjoy the most amazing sunsets. There is also a firepit outside and a summerhouse in the garden from where you can take in the views of the loch and castle.
Visit Lochranza Castle, take a tour around the Isle of Arran distillery with award-winning visitor centre where you can enjoy the fascinating whisky-making process. There is a ferry from Lochranza pier to Argyll and visit Claonaig or Tarbert (Loch Fyne). Explore the Arran Coastal Way, a fantastic circular route around the beautiful Isle of Arran, packed with amazing wildlife and magnificent scenery. Other interesting place to visit include, Brodick Castle and Country Park, Heritage Museum, Goat Fell and Glenashdale Falls, or enjoy a round of golf at the local 9-hole course. Beach 50 yards.
