Horseshoe Barns luxury holiday cottages are situated on the border of the North York Moors National Park in the hamlet of Balk, and are only a short drive from the picturesque Yorkshire Dales. These luxury cottages provide the perfect retreat for those seeking the pleasure of a relaxing break amidst quiet and contemporary surroundings, but are only 5 minutes’ drive from the busy market town of Thirsk, the pretty village of Kilburn and only a short drive from the historical medieval city of York.
Sleeping up to four comfortably, with the cottage consisting of two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with twin beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a luxury mattress and crisp white bed linen. The living area provides seating for up to six people and surrounds the 55" 3D TV, with access to all sports and movie channels and a 3D Blu-ray/DVD player. The Bose sound system gives that cinema experience, and a substantial range of films, including new releases and 3D glasses, are available to watch at your leisure, free of charge. Solid oak furniture adds to the luxury ambience, whilst the plump cushions and throw provide extra comfort to make that evening even more special. The open-plan dining/kitchen area is fitted with a Delonghi range-style cooker and has every modern convenience you would expect, from a Tassimo coffee machine to Denby crockery and a range of high-quality kitchen and cooking utensils. The shower room is fitted with white contemporary Jack and Jill wash basins and a double shower with side and overhead jets. A range of complimentary toiletries and luxury white towels are provided for your use. The outside hot tub provides space for up to six people and lies beneath the open wooden pergola and privacy screening.
