Glanduad Fawr includes six bedrooms, a ground-floor twin with en-suite shower room, two king-sizes with en-suite bathrooms, a double and two second-floor king-sizes together with a second-floor bathroom and a family bathroom. There is also a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge as well as a below stairs utility room with fridge. freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a breakfast room, a dining room and a sitting room. Outside, there is off-road parking for six cars and an enclosed terrace with patio furniture overlooking grounds with woods, gardens, a pond and a river. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome (more possible on request) but sorry, this is a non-smoking property. There is a shop within 1.4 miles and a pub is 1.2 miles away. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: Please take care on the slate steps down to the under stairs utility. Note: There is a pond and a river adjoining the property and both are gated but please supervise children and dogs at all time. Glanduad Fawr is a superb property in a spectacular rural location.

Town: Nevern is a pretty little fishing village near to the town of Newport in the north east of Pembrokeshire. The excellent church in the village was on the pilgrim's route to St Davids and draws visitors from around the globe to wander through the peaceful avenue of 700 year old yew trees, one of which is the famous bleeding yew tree for which various legends exist. There is an ancient castle ruin on the edge of the village, wonderful river walks and a pub/restaurant serving fine food all year round. The beautiful Pembrokeshire coast is nearby with its stunning sandy beaches, the famous coastal path, bird and dolphin watching and boat trips. An informative and fun day can be had by all at the local Iron Age hill fort and the Shire Horse farm. A perfect location for all ages to escape for a peaceful, yet fun packed holiday at any time of year.
