Just a stone's throw away is the Passeig de Gràcia metro station (L2, L3 and L4) and several bus stops that will make it easier for you to get around the city. In addition, there are many restaurants, shops and supermarkets at your disposal.

This sumptuous apartment, built with quality materials, is designed to accommodate up to four people and will offer you all the comfort you need for a memorable and unique stay. This functional accommodation consists of a fully equipped open kitchen, which opens onto a dining room and a bright living room.

The plus of the apartment: direct access to a large terrace with views of the Church of the Mare de Déu dels Àngels from 1932. This terrace is both a living room with a sofa and a dining room to enjoy the view of the city and the wall inspired by the sunny reproduction of the Park Güell entrance pavilion.

It also has a magnificent suite with a double bed and numerous storage spaces, as well as an adjoining bathroom with an Italian shower. Please note the following important information before booking:

- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50 and after 1am it will be €100

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR and from 1 a.m. it will be 100 euros.

- If the arrival day is 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/31 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 euros and after 1 a.m. 150 euros

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will apply. (€5/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
