The apartment“Casa di Arianna” (CIR 023086-LOC-00619) is part of the Eremitaggio Residence and is less than 3 km from Torri Del Benaco. Dating back to the 1970s, it was converted into individual houses following an important renovation of the original hotel, which was built in the early 1900s by the famous British chef Leonardo Walsh, and at the time lent his works to the famous Locanda San Vigilio. The original structure has remained virtually unchanged and is a typical example of architecture of those years located in a scenic area.

From the driveway gate on Via Gardesana, you can access the Residence along a road lined with cypresses and you can park a car in the reserved place.

THE INSIDE
The apartment consists of a living room, with a sofa and satellite TV, adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave. The living room offers our guests direct access to the terrace that overlooks the lake with a table for 4, perfect for having lunch or dinner while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake.

The house, which can welcome up to 3 people, has one double bedroom, with a wardrobe, that overlooks the lake and is adjacent to the main bathroom, with shower and washing machine. There is also a second bedroom, smaller, with a single French bed, a large closet and an en-suite bathroom complete with shower.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning.

OUTDOOR AND BEACH
The house is in a strategic position for the quality of the accessible beaches nearby; continuing to the north, at the beginning of the village, the public beach extends while a couple of kilometres to the south are the private lidos of San Vigilio and Baia delle Sirene

THE AREA
The center of Torri del Benaco with its Scaligero Castle is about 20 minutes walking and 5 driving.
From Torri del Benaco you can board the ferry that will take you to the west shore of Lake Garda or that will allow you to take a trip to the various lake towns.

From this position, you can reach Malcesine, about 20 Km, and take a trip on MontaBaldo with its rotating cable car or visit Valpolicella's wine cellars or the Bardolino and Lugana area.
Verona is about 45 km and Venice is about 160 Km.
