Cozy, smaller two bedroom, one bath (sleeps 5-6 with a pull out sofa in the living room that converts to a full size sleeper) townhouse condo located in Bartlett, NH. Room dimensions; master bedroom 12X12, 2d bed room 9X9, living room/kitchenette 11 1/2 X 14 (total s/f=602) .The condo is located in the Attitash Mountain Resort at the base of Attitash Mountain, nestled in the heart of the scenic White Mountains. Awesome views of the ski trails through oversized sliders leading to private balcony. Short walk to the slopes, base lodge and lifts. Fully applianced kitchenette with regular sized refrigerator, air conditioned, Cable, DVD, gas flame log stove for ambiance..lots of extras! WiFi wireless internet in the unit and also available in the lobby of the Hospitality Building and in the on-site restaurant, Matty B's Mountainside Cafe. Great stay at Attitash

One of the best locations in Attitash village, close to pool, restaurant, and chair lift! Very clean with two good sized bedrooms.

Attitash

The unit was extremely run down and in need of repair. Master bedroom remote for TV did not work. Many patches in wall that needed to be painted. Many small appliances with no place to plug in. Very disappointed based on the cost of the rental we paid.

Overall just okay

While here at my stay I noticed a few things either broken/ or that were damaged. I notified the owner which he was very easy to communicate with but was definitely a inconvenience for me…cleanliness was also a concern bath tub was gross, blankets had stains. The location/area was beautiful definitely be back for Saco River!

Great Location

Great location in the north woods of NH. Lots to do in the area. North Conway has alot of restaurants. Resort staff were very friendly.

Overall a nice stay, convenient to many attractions in white mountains. Outdoor pool is very nice. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. Perfect for two adults and two kids (10 & 12). Downside is the kitchen. Not great if you are looking for a place to do a lot of cooking. Outlet in kitchen and the light near sink did not work at all. Is fine if you plan to eat out for the most part. Also, bathtub does not have a grab bar in it if that is a concern for anyone older who might need one. We enjoyed our stay!

Not as expected.

The property has outdated appliances, furniture and decorations. Definitely has had occupants that smoke due to odor, some dark color at the top of the walls and yellowing of the outlets and other areas. The beds were unfortunately very uncomfortable. Some of the pics are outdated as well.

It was great except the renters in 2L whom partied very loudly at night!

Things have changed since last years visit. I really miss the coffee makers in the main office, also I missed the towels that were previously located in the swimming area. Matty B seems a little disorganized.

Wonderful Place

Wonderful place, nice location near the main building, and got to see bears right outside the building! Condo is well equipped - just need new batteries in the TV and Ceiling fan remotes.

Needs Updating

The unit is in need of some updating. The place was fairly clean aside from the sprinkles stuck to the table and the curtains. The TV remote has who knows what stuck to it. Also the smaller bedroom was hot. There is no air in there and there was no fan to even put in there. The ceiling fans need to be cleaned also. I feel we had to pay a cleaning fee but we didn't really get it clean. We love Attitash, we rent there quite a bit and we are timeshare owners so just a bit disappointed.

Great ski vacation property

We had a lovely ski vacation here. Location was fantastic—very easy to carry skis across street to Attitash and hop on the lift. Unit was well appointed and cozy with a nice view.

Santa’s village weekend

The unit was perfectly sized for our family of four. It was in a great location also. I very much enjoyed the fitness trail and we loved the pool and hot tubs which we didn’t take full advantage of. I did have to re set the stove top burners as not all of them were working when we got there All in all I would def stay there again! Maybe next time I’m the summer so we could enjoy the great river beach

Good place while visiting family

This is a small unit but was great for what I was looking for. I was in the area visiting family and needed a place to relax away from the fray. The living room and kitchenette are compact spaces, but adequate for me. I didn't give straight 5 stars because of the busy road and because the stove burners and couch really need replacing. Everything I needed was available for cooking simple meals, the oven worked fine but the burners were so wobbly it was difficult to use them. The unit does face the road, so there was noise from cars during the day, but nights were quiet for sleeping. The host John was very relaxed and easy to deal with. Parking was always available close to my unit. I would definitely choose this listing again if I need a hassle-free place to sleep. It is conveniently located and faces Attitash ski area.

Weekend getaway

It was just right for us. We didn't need much, and this was the perfect place for having just what we needed. The heated pool and jacuzzi were amazing. The bed, confidante, and the place, just far enough away, but close enough to enjoy down town North Conway. We'd be happy to go back as soon as we are able.

Old School Ski Condo

Pros: Attitash resort is in an excellent location for sight seeing as well as skiing. Indoor pool and adjacent outdoor hot tub are a short walk from the condo. Condo was clean. Neutral: Condo is on the 2nd floor. The bedrooms are upstairs from the living area. Max occupancy in my opinion is a family of 4. The place looks looks like I have remodeled it. I have no construction ability. Cons: The kitchen sink is ridiculously small and along with the small counter make it a miserable experience to wash dishes. Don't plan on cooking much in this condo. The condo faces Hwy 302 and is close enough that you easily hear the vehicles.

Relaxing Environment

Location location

Perfect location in the white mountains. Close to all the hiking trails and North Conway. Attitash was great it had the two pools and restaurant on site (which was very good). Also there was a trail on site that lead to Saco river which was really cool. They had an outside hot tub, arcade and outside games.lots to do at the condo. This condo is located steps from the inside pool and restaurant! The condo itself was was on the small side ( the kitchen would be more workable with just a little more counter space and food storage area). But it served its purpose. We enjoyed the porch overlooking the mountains. The couch is not comfortable at all but we didn’t do much tv watching. The kids loved having their own room with a tv that was huge with two kids. Would def stay here again.
