Unwind in the living room includes a homely double bed, a flat-screen TV, and a chest of drawers. The bed is made with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure your utmost comfort. The space is filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The adjoining kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery, including an electric hob and a microwave, allowing you to prepare delicious meals.

The bathroom has everything you need, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

For your comfort, the studio is always professionally cleaned.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This address is surrounded by attractions such as the Parque Urbano de Albarquel and Praia da Saúde. It is also in close proximity to popular restaurants and bars like Restaurante De Pedra e Sal Hostel and Suites and Taberna do Largo.

Its great location serves as an ideal starting point to explore the city and all it has to offer.

It is conveniently situated near public transportation options.

The Praça do Quebedo station is just a 3-minute walk away, while the Setubal station is a 9-minute walk from the property.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 38-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
