CCTV cameras outside the property ensure safety and deter nuisance, while respecting your privacy.

- No Shoes Policy: To maintain cleanliness and hygiene and to protect the wooden floors throughout the flat, we enforce a strict no shoes and no heels policy inside the property.

- No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

Note: Failure to comply with these rules may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately with no refund and all deposits will be forfeited.

ID Verification:
