Welcome to Les Hirondelles, our charming holiday home that takes its name from the graceful swallows. Located in the picturesque village of Félines Minervois, in the heart of the enchanting Languedoc region, this idyllic retreat offers everything you need for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday. Just a 15-minute drive from picturesque Minerve and half an hour from the historic city of Carcassonne, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Les Hirondelles is the perfect base for your adventure. The property boasts a fully enclosed 4000 m² garden, furnished with plenty of cosy nooks and flowerbeds where you can find both sun and shade. The garden is dotted with several fruit trees - depending on the season, you can pick your own apples, pears, figs, olives and cherries here. Around the house there are several terraces, including a main terrace with a heated 10x5-metre outdoor swimming pool equipped with Roman steps and a jacuzzi. Close to the kitchen you will find a covered terrace with a built-in barbecue, ideal for cosy summer evenings. The house itself has an area of 174 m², spread over two floors, and offers a pleasant climate all year round thanks to a heat pump and underfloor heating. This system provides heat in winter and cooling in summer, partly powered by solar panels for eco-friendly comfort. On the ground floor you will find a spacious entrance hall with a separate storage room for shoes, coats and suitcases, and a separate toilet. Further along is a cosy lounge with views of the garden and access to the terrace via two double sliding windows, which can be closed in the evening with electrically operated shutters. The adjoining dining room seats eight guests and the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with enough cutlery and crockery for the same number of people. Here you will also find a dishwasher, a three-burner induction hob, a fridge freezer, a double sink, a coffee machine, a kettle, a mixer, a hand mixer, an oven with plate warmer and a microwave. Behind the kitchen is the utility room with plenty of storage space, a washing machine and a dryer. The utility room has direct access to the garage, which can accommodate one car. The front garden also has space for additional vehicles, in case you come with several cars. On the ground floor, there are also three bedrooms, each with plenty of storage space thanks to built-in wardrobes, and a bathroom with walk-in rain shower, toilet and sink. Via the stairs you reach the first floor, where the master bedroom is located with its own dressing room and separate bathroom. This luxurious bathroom has a toilet, double washbasin, a spacious bathtub and a walk-in rain shower. Accommodating up to eight people, Les Hirondelles is the ideal place to enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of the Languedoc region.
