Layout


The open-plan living area is the heart of the villa and is designed for both relaxation and entertainment. It features a comfortable and lush sofa, a 55" TV, and large sliding doors that open up to the expansive terrace, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.


The modern, fully-equipped kitchen offers all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals, including high-end appliances and ample counter space. The kitchen also features a washer. The adjacent dining area provides a stylish setting for enjoying meals together, with a large table that seats up to six guests.


Bedroom 1: This bedroom is separate from the main building and features its own private entrance. It offers a King size bed (1,80x 2,00m), an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, an open closet, a 43" TV, a self-controlled A/C, and direct access to the outdoor area with a breathtaking sea view


Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a Queen size bed (1,60x2,00) which can be formed into two twin-size beds (0,80 x 2,00), upon request bedroom. This bedroom also features an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower, a 43" TV, a floor-to-ceiling closet, a self-controlled A/C, direct access to the outdoor area, and a breathtaking sea view.
