This comfortable, ground floor studio apartment is located in the popular 3-star Paphos Gardens Resort in Kato Paphos. The apartment is 20m away from the communal pool and you have access to all the facilities at the resort (charges apply). You are a short 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and the promenade; and conveniently also on the bus route.

The Space:
The apartment leads out onto a private, sunny patio with a table and chairs for you to enjoy al fresco meals outdoors; with views across to gardens and the public pool. The living area is comfortable with plenty of space; and the kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience. There is up to 80Mb fibre WiFi which is fast and reliable; and there is full SKY TV with more than 2,000 movies and series on demand.

Guest Access:
As our guest, you have full use of the pool area and gardens; the sun loungers around the pool are available for your use.

The Neighborhood:
Paphos Gardens Resort is located in Kato Paphos and is very close to the main promenade and tourist area with many restaurants, shops, bars and hotels.

Getting Around:
The bus stops are down the road from the complex; but most places are within walking distance - including a sandy beach.

Other Things to Note:
Pool rules:
1. There is no lifeguard or fence around the pool, so use of the pool is entirely at your own risk.
2. Opening hours: the pool is only open from 8AM until 7PM – absolutely no entry to the pool is allowed outside of these times.
3. NO GLASS, CERAMICS OR SHARP OBJECTS are allowed around the pool – plastic containers only.
4. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION (AGE 18+)
5. Appropriate swimwear must be worn by all swimmers – particularly young children and babies. Swimming nappies MUST be worn at ALL times by babies.
