Villa Kaštel Mrkić 1 is located in Sikovo, near Biograd na Moru. This newly built villa with four bedrooms can accommodate a maximum of nine people, while the optimal number of guests is eight.

The charming and fully air-conditioned Villa Kaštel Mrkić 1 offers a modern kitchen, ideal for preparing your favorite meals during your stay. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room with a table for nine people and a spacious living room with a sofa bed for one person, a smart TV, Netflix, and a satellite dish. Four bedrooms are equipped with 160x200 cm beds and private bathrooms with showers, providing privacy and comfort. For the youngest guests, there is a crib and a high chair. Inside the villa, you can enjoy a hot tub for four people. There is an additional bathroom on the ground floor.

Stepping out onto the terrace of Villa Kaštel Mrkić 1 reveals a heated pool measuring 32 m2, surrounded by six sun loungers and an outdoor shower. For gourmets, there is a barbecue and an outdoor table with chairs.

Private parking next to the villa provides two parking spaces, and an electric vehicle charging station is included in the price.
