Teatre Apartments are in a fully newly constructed building located in the area of Collblanc in Hospitalet Barcelona. Its location is very comfortable with great transport connections, with various classical coffee places and restaurants close by.

Teatre 23 apartment is composed of 3 pleasant bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second bedroom, with 2 individual beds, and a another bedroom with 1 single bed.

In addition a cheerful living room with a cosy sofa and a smart TV creates a pleasant space.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a stove, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron & ironing board, as well as all the kitchen utensils for cooking and baking you’ll require for your stay with us. Wifi 223Mbps

COVID-19 prevention:
Habitat Apartments complies with the Cleaning and Security protocols contained in the Order of the Ministry of Health SND/399/020, of May 9 regarding COVID-19. These protocols regulate:
1) The cleaning to be carried out in the apartments with appropriate products, replacement and cleaning of textiles.
2) The security and prevention measures of the staff of Habitat Apartments and of our clients.
3) The necessary information to our clients about the competent regulations to fulfill.

City tax:
1,10 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
- The city tax does not apply to stays longer than 31 nights.
Pets - not allowed
Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 23:00 and 02:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.
