The house is ideal for a family of 4. The ground floor has an open plan living room leading on to a kitchen and opening out on to a private garden with a good-sized, furnished patio. The first floor comprises a master bedroom with a double bed and large balcony and a second bedroom with twin beds. There is a bathroom on each of the ground and first floors. The third floor comprises a large roof terrace with brand new comfortable seating and dining furniture not shown in the photographs (Lounge set AGERMOSE 6 lugares natural | JYSK). The house is in a secure gated community and just seconds away from the fantastic on site swimming pool. It is a pleasant 1,500m walk to the beach at Mil Palmeras where there are shops, bars and restaurants. The house is air conditioned and has wifi. There is a large basement which includes a private garage for 1 car and a large storage area. There is also plentiful free street-level parking.
