The flat is located on the first floor with panoramic views, access via a private external staircase leads to the living room furnished with a comfortable sofa, TV-SMART, air conditioning, from the living room you climb 5 steps to access a well equipped open kitchen with dining area. The kitchen includes induction hob, extractor hood, microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine. The flat has been renovated keeping the characteristic Tuscan style with terracotta floors and wooden beams, the view from the windows is very beautiful and relaxing.
