We are proud to present this traditional villa , located in Ciudad Quesada just behind the El Recorral nature park, it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and a full kitchen. This property has a spacious tiled garden with space for dining al fresco and a private swimming pool. This property is just a 10 min drive away from Ciudad Quesada High street, 5 min drive away from La Marquesa Golf Course and 15 min drive away from the sandy beaches of Guardamar de Segura. This property is a home away from home with all you need for a quick getaway.

The Space:
You enter the property into the open plan living room/ dining area. The living room has a sofa, a coffee table. The TV has both International and Spanish television. There is a 4 person dining table in the dining area.
Just off the living room is the kitchen equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge etc. Just outside the living room there is a Neo that overlooks the garden area, this has a comfortable outdoor sofa.
You exit the open plan space and enter a hallway where both the second and third bedrooms are located. The second bedroom has a king sized bed and the third has 2 single beds together that make a superking bed and the family bathroom.
You ascend the staircase to the upper level of the property where there is the master bedroom, ensuite bathroom and secondary living area with sofa and television is located. The master bedroom has a king sized bed as well as a small balcony that overlooks the pool.
Outside the property there a lovely private pool and a 4-person table with a BBQ perfect for dining al fresco with friends and family. There are also sun loungers for relaxing by the pool.

Guest Access:
This property is a detached villa with its own private pool and garden. It is gated.

The Neighborhood:
There are many bars and restaurants within a 5-minute drive by La Marquesa Golf Course and a Dialprix Supermarket. In the centre of Cuidad Quesada there is a large water park open from June to September, mini golf, and bowling, all just 10 minutes drive away.
There are many Spanish towns around the area for your to explore (Benijofar,Algorfa,Rojales). There are 2 golf courses (La Marquesa & La Finca) within a close proximity to the property.

Getting Around:
We recommend a car to get out and make the most of your stay in the area.

Check-in is from 16:00h and check-out is 11:00.

Please be aware that any arrivals between the 21:00 and 09:00 are subject to a 35€ late meet and greet fee which is paid locally upon arrival.
