Welcome to our charming 1-bedroom annex in Hatton Rock, Hampton Lucy! Enjoy a restful sleep in the double bedroom, refresh in the modern bathroom suite with a walk-in shower, and cook in the fully equipped kitchen. Relax in the cosy living room with a large TV and comfy sofa or dine at the table with stylish décor. Step outside to the outdoor terrace for breath-taking countryside views. With private free parking and all the home comforts you need, our annex is perfect for a peaceful and stylish getaway.

Guests will have exclusive access to the Bell Cottage as this is an entire unit rental. Additionally, they are more than welcome to explore the beautiful gardens which includes several trails that start at the main house and work they way down to the River Bank. For those that enjoy swimming, there are multiple entry points where people can go for a swim in the River Avon. Finally, there is a delightful summer house on the riverside which guests can make use of, but this is available on a request only basis as it's shared with the occupants of the main house.

The Cottage is very quiet and extremely remote. The Cottage is a 5-10 minute drive from the historic town of Stratford upon Avon which has an abundance of tourist attractions and fantastic restaurants.
For those that wish to stay in, the property comes with a BBQ, and a variety of different books and DVD’s.
