Dimora 1863 - Amazing Elba

Welcome to Dimora 1863, a historic residence in Palazzo Fossi, bright and elegantly furnished, with a view of the sea and the internal garden. The accommodation has a double bedroom in which it is possible to place a cot for children (under 2 years old), a living room with a sofa bed (for children under 10 years old), a bathroom with shower, a living room with a kitchen equipped with all appliances (small and large), a furnished, rustic, quiet and secluded outdoor space, not shared with neighbors. An ideal solution for two adults with a small child, or for two couples with a newborn: there is also an annex with a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Dimora 1863 is equipped with all comforts, including for the beach (sunbeds and umbrella), and for newborns (playpen, bath tub, high chair and cot) and enjoys double exposure for optimal ventilation (there are fans in the accommodation). Dimora 1863 is located on the Marciana Marina seafront, in front of the town's sandy beach, and a short distance from shops, markets, restaurants, bars, parking and other beaches. On the beach in front of the accommodation you can book a sailing trip, rent boats, kayaks, sun loungers and umbrellas. Please note that during the summer months the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) area applies on the seafront and therefore it is possible to access with your vehicle only for loading/unloading operations.
