Cozy apartment situated in an historic stone-built house in the heart of Solferino, a few steps away from Piazza Castello, from La Rocca Spia d’Italia, and from the main services in town.
The Lake Garda as well as its attractions are a few kilometers away. Nice walk trails and adventurous bike rides are available close to the house, surrounded by the beauty of the morainic hills lush nature.
The house is composed of a welcoming kitchen and dining room complete with all the necessary dining and cooking equipment, characterized by a wooden beam ceiling and by an ancient terracotta floor; by a living room with a sofa bed (with French-size mattress), by a double sleeping room with possibility to add a thrid bed, by an ample bathroom with a walk-in shower and equipped with a washing machine. The property features also a car parking space inside the private courtyard. On request, we provide a baby cradle, a high chair and a baby bath tub as well. The guests are also provided with a free high-speed wi-fi, a TV, a dish washer, an electric oven, an electric water boiler, an American coffee machine and a hair dryer.
