Falls View is located in Ashgrove, just a 2 minute drive from Sheen Falls Lodge Estate in Kenmare. This is a detached house with three bedrooms. Downstairs is a kitchen with a dining area. It is very well equipped and stocked with all the crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensils you will need. It has a utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and new fridge freezer. The dining table which is set alongside the window is perfect for your sit-down meals.

The sitting room feaures a smart new suite of furniture along with a cosy welcoming open fire and a TV. Wifi is available to our guests free of charge.

One of the bedrooms is located downstairs. It has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is an additional two bedrooms - one double bedroom and a bedroom with both a double and a single bed. Each of these bedrooms is ensuite. Please note that there is no bath in this property.

This house is situated directly opposite the Sheen River and the falls and offers really lovely views to the front. Please note that the property is not secured with gates or fences so young children would require supervision.
