We are a Swedish family of five who fell in love with Spain and Costa Blanca a decade ago. Since 2016 we spend as much time as we can in our paradise.
Why they chose this property
With about 320 days of sun per year this area is the perfect energy booster. There is so much to do in the area - you can be as active or as relaxed as you like. We play golf, do snorkling, hang on the beach, go shopping, art classes, winery tours, scuba diving, reading, relaxing, meet with friend etc, etc. The list can be as long or as short as you want :-).

What makes this property unique
It is a quiet area and the buildings around it are mixed holiday accommodation for both Spaniards and tourists as well as a lot of permanent residents. It is never 'deserted' - not even in low season, but very peaceful and pleasant. I love sitting on the balcony just overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, having something to drink and listening to the birds and the occasional neighbors.
Within walking distance (450m) there is a grocery store, several restaurants, pubs with live music and some bargain stores that sell 'everything'.
