Our property is conveniently located just a 9 minute drive, 20 minutes via public transport or 30 minutes on foot from the city centre where you can access some of Edinburgh's most iconic sites such as Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood (Scottish Parliament) & the Royal Mile.

Guests have access to the whole property.
Guests must be quiet between 19:00 and 11:00.
Smoking is not allowed.
Parties/events are not allowed
