This magnificent 85m2 holiday apartment is located in the Huelin area, just 350 meters from the Antonio Banderas beachand promenade. The María Zambrano Train stationis about 10 minutes walk away. In addition, very close you will also find a multitude of restaurants, beach bars, supermarkets, and even a Gym and Spa center.
The apartment is newly renovated and has all the facilities so you can enjoy an unbeatable stay. It is located on the 7th floor (with elevator). Three bedrooms: a bedroom with a 135 bed, a bedroom with two single beds (trundle type), and a bedroom with a single bed. Full bathroom with shower, glass screen and hair dryer. Living room with access to the terrace and split with hot and cold air, 50-inch Smart TV.The fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, oven, Italian coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher,kettle, toaster, ironing board, first aid kit, recycling bin.
Please note that there isair conditioning only in the lounge.The bedrooms have ceiling fans.

To consider:The cribhas an additional cost of €5/dayBaby kit (crib, bath + high chair) costs €10/day.Check-intime is from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. For check-ins after 9 p.m., we offer two options: .1- Pick up the keys at our office free of charge,2- meet us at the reserved apartment. This last service has an extra charge of EUR 50 payable upon arrival.Please let us know in advance so we can organize.You can leave your luggage at our office on Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).All guests over 16 years of age will be required to sign the police log.Please do not forget that we will ask for a refundable depositupon arrival.
