Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
At the time of checkin, the cleaner was still cleaning. We had to ask the cleaner to remove owners used bathroom rug.
The power outlets on the wall closest to the wifi box did not work so we had to use the power outlet closest to the kitchen. This resulted in a tripping hazard as the power cord ran across the room.
There were not enough supply of toilet paper, we had to buy our own.
The shower drain was plugged so we had to buy a plunger to unclog the drain.
The pots provided were not all magnetic for the induction cooktop. Only 1 pot and an old non stick pan worked on the stove.
Underneath the mattress mold was found.
There was insufficient lighting. One of the night stand light was missing a bulb.
The property manager was notified of these issues but they didn't get resolved during out stay.
The only good thing about this place was the location, close to the grocery stores, restaurants and metro. If more care is put in getting this place maintained, it would be great.
