This charming former 16th-century farmhouse in Cabeceira de Basto, now a classified property of public interest, comprises the main house and gardens registered with the Portuguese Association of Historic Gardens - Rota do Tâmega. The property also includes restored farm buildings transformed into cosy accommodations for temporary tourist stays.
The house is spread over two stories and is beautifully decorated.
Guests can enjoy a shared pool and garden, complete with sun loungers for leisurely afternoons in the sun and a tennis court. The living room features two sofas, two armchairs, and a TV for all your favourite shows.
The fully equipped kitchen includes essential cookware and cutlery, a stove, oven, microwave, and a dining table for six. A dishwasher is also provided for easy cleanup.
The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a double bed, while the third bedroom features two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. A crib and highchair are available for those travelling with a baby.
The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
