Luxury & quaint cottage in Stratford Upon Avon
Welcome to Waterloo Cottage. A beautiful bijou 1800’s cottage, lovingly restored to provide a comfortable modern space. When visiting you can relax and enjoy the beautiful surrounding areas of Stratford Upon Avon. Also close to Warwick, Leamington Spa and the Cotswolds. The cottage is within easy walking distance of Stratford upon Avon, the home of William Shakespeare and The RSC for theatre lovers. Along with many National Trust properties around a great place to spend your holiday.
The space
The cottage sits in a row of cottages that were originally built to celebrate the battle of Waterloo circa 1816. Of the two bedrooms, one can be set up to provide two single beds or a 6’ super king. Please state your preference when booking. There is a large garden and patio area with plenty of off-road parking.

Access all areas of the house.
Other things to note
The staircase is a spiral staircase and narrow, please see photo.
The coffee machine is a Dolce Gusto. There is also a cafetière.
Dogs are welcome at our cottage but please note they can not be left alone at the property and please keep them off the furniture. Please bring the dogs own bedding/bowls.
