The apartment, on the ground floor of a residential complex surrounded by a well-kept garden, opens onto the private, covered terrace, furnished with a dining area. The entrance leads into the living area, a bright open space with a sofa, a TV and a fully-equipped open kitchen. From here, some steps lead to the sleeping area, which includes a bedroom with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, and access to a second terrace furnished with outdoor sofas and a coffee table.

Guests will benefit from amenities such as air conditioning in the living room, a washing machine, and an iron.
