Approximately 5 to 10 minutes by car to the exclusive Santa Margarita and Pirtofino. 5 minutes drive to public swimming pool and Rapallo Golf Club.

Parking is on road with no designated space. Bus stop outside apartment to the left. Short 2 minute ride by taxi.
As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, a hob, an oven, a kettle, and a microwave.

The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.

There is two bedrooms in this apartment which contains a double bed in each with a single sofa bed in open plan kitchen.

There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a shower.
The property also offers a garden area, and bbq and very rare opportunity to have 6 seater luxury hot tub.

There is no fixed air conditioning units but, it does benefit from 3 cooling fans.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.

- Pets are allowed at the property.
- Jacuzzi not to be used after 8pm, lid to be put back on after each use. It can not be used at the same time as the washing machine.
- Anything damaged will have to be replaced
